Leptopoma atricapillum, L. sericatum and L. pellucidum, are very similar in terms of shell shape with all showing and sharing colour pattern polymorphism.

L. atricapillum and L. sericatum, however have strongly-defined spiral ridges on the shell surface, with more pronounced spiral ridges in the former, whereas the spiral ridges of L. pellucidum are only weakly defined.

Found in Borneo and the Philippines.
