Ranging from E Africa – New Caledonia, depth range 8 – 219m. On sandflats. Members of the order Neogastropoda are mostly gonochoric and broadcast spawners. Embryos develop into planktonic trocophore larvae and later into juvenile veligers before becoming fully grown adults.
