Hawaiian subspecies. Larger, with well define dorsal spots. Columellar teeth often shorter. These are the largest tigris in the world, with individuals growing to 15cm in length making it one of the largest cowries on earth! They are also globous, with large tigris from other regions usually more elongate, thus making this subspecies endemic to Hawaiian waters very impressive.
