Medium sized, thin, not very convex, even flattish, somewhat oblique. Right valve, the more convex, carries about 20 regular ribs with numerous fine scales. Left and flatter valve carries approx 12 low radial, scaled ribs and fine radial cords in between. Generally very various in sculpture. Scales often completely or partly worn away. Ears unequal. Maybe a form of senatoria.
