Description

Caught snorkeling among rocks in coral reef, 2003. This specimen was caught by myself while snorkeling. And clean by me, with minimal bleach and using just a simple metal pin, cleared all coraline growth meticulously inch by inch. If you get the specimen in your hands, you will see that every single spine and laminella no matter how small is perfect. No use of acid at all, thus the colours stay even after more than a decade. This is by far gem+++ specimen, the price is fully justified once you see the specimen in your hands. I am very reluctant to sell it, but being a dealer already for 7 years I can’t keep everything and I wish that this specimen goes to a good home. For the specialist and connoisseur of turbinidae only. So that it will be appreciated and well kept, as I have kept it for more than 10 years in my private collection.
